Su Lazo

Su Lazo currently manages the Employment Prep Center at Kapi‘olani Community College where she loves to help students make informed decisions about their career and employment goals. Before working in higher education, she enjoyed an eight year career in the defense consulting industry in Washington, D.C.

Originally from Kaua‘i, Su earned her BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and her MS.Ed in College Counseling from Old Dominion University. She is a National Certified Counselor and certified in career development training. An active leader in the community, Su serves as the 2020 Individual Development Vice President for the Filipino Junior Chamber.
